Fasting is grounded in science, been practiced for thousands of years and has helped keep man evolving—until recently. The practice of fasting quickly involves your body’s natural healing processes using time without digestion to help balance your hormones naturally and reduce inflammation. It’s basically a reset button for your body. All types of fasting have their benefits and I practice them all regularly.
There are essentially 4 methods: -Eat-Stop-Eat -16/8 -5:2 -fasting-mimicking 5 day plan
I am leading a program for those who want a supported experience with intermittent fasting. Fasting can be tricky your first time around and not only having someone who can help you identify which method to start combined with a supportive community to help keep you motivated is key.
Details: This is a 17-day supported experience. You can try one or all 4 types of fasting. I will provide 2 weeks of suggested meal plans including shopping lists to take the guesswork out of meals. Resource materials to educate and support your process. You will have access to my private FB group exclusively for fasting. Support here is key. There will also be 3 live, group coaching sessions with me—1 before, 1 during and 1 after your choice fast to support all phases including when and what to eat in the re-feeding process (for those wanting the 5-day fasting-mimicking method)

This program is not for you if: You are being treated with diabetes medication or on medication for heart conditions. You have a history of diagnosed hypoglycemia. You are currently being treated for cancer of any kind. You have ever had an eating disorder.
